History
In 1983 founders Don & Gloria began with one auger truck. Don in the truck delivering all over the North Island. Gloria at home fielding the phone calls and doing the bookwork.
The '80's kept the truck busy delivering Maize to the up and coming Deer Industry.
During the '90's the fleet continued to grow and saw the introduction of curtain side trucks delivering bagged animal feed around Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty and King Country regions.
The 2000's saw the growth of Palm Kernel mixes to the dairy industry. At our peak we had 10 x auger units and 4 x curtain side units.
In 2012 the auger vehicle portion of the company was sold off.
With the auger trucks gone we focused on our delivery of bagged animal feed product to where it is today.
Our association with Dunstan Horsefeeds dates back to the early '90's. We are kept busy delivering around the Auckland, Waikato and Canterbury regions.
From June 2022 Jones Trucking move to premises in Tamahere. We now offer warehousing facilities for our clients' products.
2022 see's Jones Trucking gear hit the roads offering new and existing clients our delivery service on-farm and between manufacturing sites.
